There is an Owners, Trainers & Worcester Annual Member’s bar
overlooking the Parade Ring which includes screens for viewing the racing and a Tote facility. A food voucher is offered to Owners and Trainers and is redeemable in the Owners & Trainers Bar or in the Croft Suite on the first floor of the Grandstand.
Unlimited complimentary tea and coffee is available in the Owners & Trainers bar for the duration of your visit to Worcester Racecourse.
We also offer a discounted rate* in the Severn Restaurant for Owners & Trainers which can either be booked in advance or on the day, subject to availability.
The Severn Restaurant offers fine dining, with stunning views from your reserved table for the day. We always try to reserve space for owners and trainers, but due to the popularity of this restaurant, availability on the day can't be guaranteed. Please call 01905 253 64 if you would like to book in advance.
There is a designated Owners & Trainers area within the main Centre Course car park, please just ask a car park steward on arrival who will direct you. Parking is free of charge at all of our race days. If you are using a Sat Nav, the postcode for the racecourse car park is WR1 3EH.
We operate the PASS System for Owners’ tickets at the main entrance turnstiles. Upon production of your card, we provide 6 tickets per horse for an individual owner and 8 tickets for a syndicate.
Up to 10 additional tickets can be purchased at the Owners and Trainers desk at a cost of £11 on all race days when the price is £16.
Any specific name changes to your ticket allocation should be made on 01933 270 333 the day before racing, or by e-mail to email@example.com by 10am on the raceday. Your assistance is very much appreciated.

Trainers receive 2 complimentary guest tickets, a complimentary meal from the Croft Suite menu and unlimited complimentary tea and coffee.
Our stables are located in a secure yard, with bed and breakfast accommodation provided nearby off course. All overnight stable bookings should be made no later than noon on the day prior to racing.

A complimentary photograph and DVD of the winning horse are provided to the owners.
Additional photographs can be obtained from our official photographer, who captures pictures of all winning horses and connections; both on the track and in the Winners' Enclosure after racing.

For health and safety reasons, we ask that you respect the rule which states under 12’s are not permitted in the Parade Ring.
Please note that it is our policy not to allow dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) on the racecourse during racing. During hot weather, Police and RSPCA officials reserve the right to force entry into any vehicle to release an animal if suffering. Your co-operation for the safety of the horses and jockeys, and the welfare of dogs is much appreciated.
At Worcester Racecourse we always want to raise awareness of the high standards for equine welfare in horseracing. The Horse Comes First campaign aims to improve the understanding of the care given to horses throughout and after their racing careers.
It is the first priority of all those involved in the sport because without the horses there would not be a sport to enjoy. The Horse Comes First campaign is an industry-wide initiative that aims to demonstrate to the public that the horseracing industry never stops striving for welfare improvements, including after the horses have retired.
